The websites of the domain “uni-mainz.de” are currently designed to be as accessible as possible within the scope of technical feasibility. During the upcoming university-wide website relaunch, the aim will be to further adapt the layout and ensure accessibility for all. Earlier adjustments to the design of the website than that planned would represent a disproportionate burden on Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz as defined in Art. 7 Para. 3 LGGBehM, thus making it currently exempt from the obligation to provide the accessibility specified in Art. 7 Para. 1 LGGBehM.
